The Company Abeko B.V. estabished in 1972, is based in the Netherlands and has a subsidiary company in the U.K. We are proud of the reputation we have acquired in the special plant hire industy since then, and our commitment to special customer needs and requirements. The client base comprises customers in the steel industry, petrochemical industry, oil and gas industry, demolition industry, quarry industry and civil construction works where land and water meet. We specialise in plant hire for clients with special needs, from standard to custom-built equipment. All personnel in site-critical positions have worked for our company for at least 10 years; many of them for as long as sixteen. We have been an assistance to clients on a large number of major projects throughout The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the U.K. The long-standing relationships we have with our clients are particularly important to us. This has meant that by far the largest proportion of our work is repeat business. Abeko’s mission is to offer, at a reasonable price, a continuous, highly professional, high quality and save service in standard or specialist plant at any place in Europe. The core of the supportive strategie is to invest adequately in quality, both of equipment and personnel and the expansion of volume and range of activities within the plant hire industry. Motivation and dedication of our employees are at the base of our outstanding record of satified clients. Consequently, we consider personal attention and commitment to any stage of a project ranging from quotation, planning, safety regulations, completion to customer care, the dominantcritical success factor. Our Equipment Abeko owns a fleet of more than 100 pieces of plant including wheeled loaders, excavators, dozers, shovels, site trucks, wheeled 50 tons excavators and a large selection of special attachments for most machines Crushing and screening of different types of materials ranging from coal, cokes, slag and aggregates with production capacities from 125 to 1200 tons per hour. Marine Services Offshore and harbour activities are supported by our multi purpose barges Abeko Server 1, 2 and 3 The Abeko Server 1 and 2 were designed and developed from on site experience, which was gathered at a number of marine construction projects. This enables us to offer the client an even more complete plant hire Package. Health & Safety The hazardous nature of some of the industries we work in dictates that the utmost care is exercised at all times and that strict health & safety codes are enforced. At Abeko all plant operators and site personnel have to undergo rigorous safety training. These training programs are frequently up-dated and personnel are required to attend courses on a regular scheduled basis. From time to time, comprehensive in-house training programs are conducted on specific and new equipment as required. |
